Mike is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2025. He also holds a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia Okanagan, providing him with a strong foundation in anatomy and exercise science.

Mike is dedicated to supporting patients in achieving their health and wellness goals through evidence-informed, individualized care. He values taking the time to complete a thorough assessment, ensuring each treatment plan is tailored to the unique needs of every patient. His treatments incorporate a variety of modalities, including Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, and neuromuscular techniques. He enjoys working with a wide range of conditions, from sports-related injuries and postural imbalances to stress management and general maintenance. To further support his patients, Mike emphasizes the importance of homecare, providing exercises and self-care strategies to encourage lasting results.

Outside of practice, Mike values an active lifestyle, enjoys time outdoors, and spending time with his family and friends.

The mountains and lakes brought Janice to Kelowna in 2024, from Edmonton, Alberta where she has been practicing as a physical therapist since 2006. She graduated from the University of Alberta in the first Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy program. She gained experience working and doing locum coverage at numerous clinics before she partnered with a colleague to start up a busy sports and orthopedics clinic in Edmonton in 2011.

Janice has a keen interest in restoring movement patterns with IMS/dry needling. With having close collaborations with various dentists, hand therapists, and chiropractors in the past, she has extensive experience working with neck, jaw, hand, and back injuries. She is also certified in spinal manipulation and basic TCM acupuncture.

Although petite, don’t underestimate her strength! Janice regularly works out, runs, and partakes in a wide range of activities such as pickle ball, Pilates, skiing, golfing, and ball hockey.

Known for his dynamic rehab plan, Mitch works with patients of all ages to rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence after injury or surgery. He has expertise in persistent pain management, sports and tendon management. His treatment focuses on keeping people active while maximizing recovery. “Vinny” is the owner of Vinny and Associates Physiotherapy, Inc.. He has embraced the Okanagan lifestyle along with his wife and children since 2014. He’s an avid coffee drinker, a sometimes-golfer, communitarian, mental health advocate, and an actor for TV and film.

Vince is an advanced trained, manipulative, musculoskeletal Physical Therapist. He is an established clinician with special interest in Temporomandibular Joint dysfunction, orofacial pain, neck disorders, and headache. He has expertise in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy, IMS, chronic pain, functional rehabilitation, and exercise management. He has served as Chair of the National Orthopaedic Division, Canadian Physiotherapy Association, and has over 20 years of Board level experience. He is the Past President and previous Okanagan Director for the Physiotherapy Association of BC, Board of Directors. He is a Clinical Educator in the UBC Faculty of Medicine, Southern Medical Program, and Department of Physical Therapy.

Vince trained at the University of Saskatchewan, and completed degrees in 1999 (Bachelor of Science Anatomy) and 2001 (Bachelor of Science Physical Therapy, School of Physical Therapy, College of Medicine). Other formal education includes Advanced Diploma of Manual and Manipulative Physical Therapy, 2005, and Certificate in Gunn Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS), 2005. Vince is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT) and Instructor and Clinical Mentor with the National Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. He is the recipient of the Continuing Physical Therapy Education, Award of Merit in 2014 (Saskatoon, SK), awarded the Canadian Physiotherapy Association National Mentorship Award in 2020, and honoured by the Canadian Physiotherapy Association with a Centenary Medal of Distinction 2021. He is the recipient of the PABC Carol Kennedy Award, 2023 and the National Orthopaedic Division Lynn Chapman Clinical Mentorship Award, 2023.

Throughout his career, Vince’s caseload has consisted primarily of TMJ disorder, headache, neck and spinal dysfunction. His treatment style emphasizes manual therapy, exercise, and education, along with adjunctive techniques such as IMS. He has been fortunate to collaborate and mentor in an environment with multiple rehab specialists, chronic pain physicians, orthopaedic surgeons, dentists, orthodontists, and oral surgeons. His philosophy has been to ensure that optimal treatment management is achieved for all patients. He enjoys teaching in his field of practice and taking on a mentorship role for all levels of physiotherapist.
